Many modern buildings are not flat. Round pillars, curved lobby walls, wide auditoriums and control rooms all leave a flat screen looking forced. The usual results are:
- Gaps and dead corners when flat panels are fitted around a pillar or a bend.
- People at the sides of a wide room see the screen at a sharp angle, with weaker brightness and colour.

We build the curve from standard SMD cabinets or modules, set at the right angle on a custom frame. The image runs across the whole curve as one seamless picture.

What is a curved SMD screen?
It is an LED display made from SMD modules or cabinets that are set at an angle to form a curve. It can curve inwards (concave), outwards (convex), wrap a pillar (cylinder) or follow a wave shape.
Should I choose a concave or a convex curved screen?
Choose concave when the audience sits in front of the screen, like a control room or auditorium, because it keeps viewing distance even. Choose convex when people walk around it, like a mall atrium or a building corner, because it can be seen from a wider angle.
Can any SMD screen be curved?
No. A curve needs cabinets with curve locks or flexible soft modules. Normal flat cabinets cannot be bent. We select the right type after checking the radius at the site survey.
Can a curved SMD screen be installed outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor curved screens use weatherproof cabinets set at an angle on a curved steel frame. Flexible modules are mostly for indoor use. For outdoor brightness and weather needs, see our outdoor SMD screens.
How much does a curved SMD screen cost in Pakistan?
The price depends on size, pixel pitch, the radius, indoor or outdoor use and the structure. A curved screen usually costs more than a flat screen of the same size because of the curved frame and the extra setup. Contact us for a free quote after a site survey.
Which pixel pitch is best for a curved screen?
It depends on how close people stand. Indoor curved walls seen from a few metres usually need a fine pitch, while large outdoor curves can use a wider pitch. Our pixel pitch guide explains how to choose.
Do I need special content for a curved screen?
Normal videos and images play fine on a curved wall. For a 360° cylinder or a very wide curve, content made at the screen’s exact pixel size looks best. We help with the resolution and controller setup.
